Tuesday, August 8, 2006 Update

Tuesday 8/8/06
No decision from the judge.  I wish I had a phone
number where I could reach him and find out what's
going on with the decision.  If I saw correctly the
last day Kenn neurostormed was on the 28th of July
until yesterday when he started stoming again, which
makes it about 9 days with no storming.  That's an
improvement.  Sunday while I visited him he was sleeping
alot of the time.  I took Kenn across the street to visit
the Brain Injury Center where he used to be and he slept
through it.  They were happy to see us. On Friday late
morning and early afternoon a couple of friends were with
me to visit him.   He was in the present alot of the time. 
They thought it was great to see.  They remarked on how
closely he was watching me while I was talking to him.  
He even looked at them some.  It was so hard to leave him
because he was in the present so much of the time.  They
also took me out to eat to make sure I ate.  
If anyone would like to visit him and would like me there, 
just let me know.  He is doing good.  
Just no talking since May 8 but it will come again.   Early
Thursday morning I had a dream about Kenn walking and talking
to me.  In the dream he was telling me it was so good to be
able to go to the bathroom when he needed to go and to be
able to eat real food.  He also told me he wanted to sleep in
his own bed again.   What a dream.   I'm holding on to that dream.  
He has come a long way since his accident.  
As for things being done around our house it has started up
again, so the break is over.  Shawn and his family started
cleaning out the basement on Sunday afternoon while I was gone
visiting Kenn.  Now I have more of a mess in the backyard. 
Does anyone know of anyone who cuts trees down cheap because
I have 2 trees that need to get cut down.  You can give
Shawn or I a call if you know of anyone.   The dance lessons
are going great.  I went to my first dance party at the dance
center on Friday night.  It was fun to use some of my dance
steps I've learned.  I'm having problems dealing with all the
chaos around here on top of everything else.  I also have
noticed that I have a hard time being social. My family is so
glad that the dance lesstons are getting me out
among people again.  Thanks for your continued prayers.
