The speech therapist has set up an email address at
Clearview for Kenn.  She will check his email with him
at least once a week.

Anyone can send him pictures, jokes or just a message
to be read to him.  It is kenn@kenn-info.org

Talk to him about motorcycles and rides,
camping or even hiking.  Make sure you put your
first name and last so that when she reads it she
can tell him.

Tues. March6,2007

Tues. 3/6
A new month again. Jeremy, our oldest just turned 32 on the third of this month. It just doesn't seem possible. Kenn has been improving in his health since he had the flu last month. He still gets tired fast since he's been sick. Sat. when I was there to visit him he slept through most of my visit. He only was awake when I was cleaning out his mouth. Last night when I was there to visit him for over 3 hours, he was wide awake and very alert. It was so nice to see him this way. I even gave him some water and he swallowed this great. He was moving his tongue alot too. He seemed to be very focused when I was talking to him. I still can feel the connection there between us and it made it very hard to leave him. Oh, how I would love to have brought him home with me and I told him this. He frowned at me and it looked like he was about to tear up. I told him one day you will be coming home with me. I know it. Our grandson turns 1 month old on this Friday, so I'm planning on going to Green Bay for the weekend, which means I'll be stopping to visit Kenn on Friday night on my way through and then Sunday night on the way back. The nurses have loved seeing pictures of our grandson.
