The speech therapist has set up an email address at
Clearview for Kenn. She will check his email with him
at least once a week.

Anyone can send him pictures, jokes or just a message
to be read to him. It is kenn@kenn-info.org

Talk to him about motorcycles and rides,
camping or even hiking. Make sure you put your
first name and last so that when she reads it she
can tell him.

If you want to explain how you know
him that would be great. Thanks.

Tuesday, November 8 update

Tuesday 11/8
It felt so good, like a weight had been lifted from me
yesterday when I saw Kenn back at Clearview. I was actually
able to sleep well last night knowing the nurses at Clearview
know Kenn and what his needs are.
I could actually think clearer today for a change because
of the good sleep. Kenn was gotten up this morning in his
wheelchair. He was sleeping in it. He did get a flu shot yesterday
before he left the hospital so they are keeping a close eye on him.
He is still on oxygen. They told me today his temperature was good.
His breathing is doing good. He was in bed more this afternoon and
this evening so he could sleep better and just feel more comfortable.
His doctor appointment for the 11th got postponed because one of the
doctors at Clearview checked him out and felt he was not ready to make
the trip into Madison. It is a one hour trip one way and then
who knows how long at the doctor appointment. They want to wait till
he's stronger, which makes sense. He's making progress and staying stable.
His vitals are good.

Carol

  • Carol, I just want you to know that there are those of us who can only watch from afar and pray for you during these trying times. You can rest assured that there are many more praying for you and Kenn than you realize. Take heart, be still, and know that He IS God!

  • Carol, I want you to know that complete strangers are praying for Kenn's recovery. As far away as Kathmandu, Nepal.(Jeremy's friends) Stay strong, keep praying.
