The speech therapist has set up an email address at
Clearview for Kenn. She will check his email with him
at least once a week.

Anyone can send him pictures, jokes or just a message
to be read to him. It is kenn@kenn-info.org

Talk to him about motorcycles and rides,
camping or even hiking. Make sure you put your
first name and last so that when she reads it she
can tell him.

If you want to explain how you know
him that would be great. Thanks.

Saturday, November 26 addition

Shawn and I toured Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab facility after
Kenn's doctor appointment on Fri. morning. I realized that if he was
put in there, yes he would be close to one of his doctors. But, the
atmosphere is very dismal and I feel it would be like taking 1 or 2
steps back for Kenn, compared to where he is now and the care he is
getting. No one said a thing to us. We walked 2 halls and elderly
people were just sitting around. I simply can't do that to Kenn and
my kids seem to agree. I would rather take him home than to put him
in a nursing home. A nursing home is fine for some people.
Carol
