The speech therapist has set up an email address at
Clearview for Kenn. She will check his email with him
at least once a week.

Anyone can send him pictures, jokes or just a message
to be read to him. It is kenn@kenn-info.org

Talk to him about motorcycles and rides,
camping or even hiking. Make sure you put your
first name and last so that when she reads it she
can tell him.

If you want to explain how you know
him that would be great. Thanks.

Sunday update (2/27/05)

On Sunday Dad's condition hasn't changed much.
He still has not reached an awake level of
consciousness.
The pressure monitor was removed from his
head. He is scheduled for a tracheotomy
on Monday which is a breathing tube in his
lower throat. He will also get a feeding tube
in his belly. Then the tubes will be removed
from his nose and his mouth. He is yawning
and coughing, and turning his head side to
side a little bit. He has a little bit of a
response to pain stimulation. His vital
signs look good. The next level of consciousness
he hopefully will reach is where he can respond to
commands to hold up 2 fingers etc.

Please continue to pray for a miraculous
100% recovery.

  • Dear Shawn, you are doing a marvelous job keeping us up-to-date regarding your dad's condition. Our hearts go out to you, and the whole family during this time of great stress, apprehension, and sadness. We pulled out a few of our Lake City Rider albums, and there you were---with Kenn, Jenni, Carol, Stan, and Dawn. Happy times, to be cherished. Continuing in prayer for Kenn and all of you,
    Bob and Marianne Jensen
